Psych., behavioural psychotherapist, experimental diploma thesis about ADHD; since 1993 own practice in Dresden; ISH member since 2019, teaching therapist, seminar trainer, teacher trainer, author of several books and mother of five children. She combines various methods, including hypnosis, Impact techniques, PEP®, problemsolved cooperation, embodiment techniques in a systemic way. Open the doors for all the environments – making everyday challenges easier for ADHD gifted people with hypnosis and problem solving strategies
ADHD is a so called „disorder“. But a lot oft the symptoms are behavior strategies which could be very helpful in different situations without in beetween the school system.
If we can view this neurodiversity as a talent and if we can create this inner attitude in all the environments surrounding those affected, every day life will became easier for all.
Here we will show how a few easy-to-learn hypnosis exercises can bring about helpful changes for those affected and how solution-focused communication can be used to get people from the patient’s environment on board.s
